Red Tailed Boa Constrictor Needs A Good Home

Quite the fashionable accessory

I have been the owner of a six and a half foot long red tailed boa constrictor for the last seven years. But, alas, the time has come for us to part. I'm relocating, and don't have the space to bring her with.

HERE ARE THE DETAILS:
Weight: Around 16 pounds
Length: Roughly 6 foot 6 inches
Demeanor: Calm and relaxed
Handled: Often, including small children
Eats: Pre-killed rats, frozen/thawed, size of a 20 ounce soda bottle
Meal Frequency: One rat this size every 2 weeks

ABOUT THE ENCLOSURE:
This is beautiful piece of work, almost too good for a snake. It was custom designed and custom built. It has the lines and style of a piece of entertainment furniture. 50" tall, 72" wide, 18" deep. Doors swings open, requiring at least 24" of space in front of the enclosure. The top is perforated metal with an almond finish.

THE DEAL:
Get the snake, the enclosure (which disassembles completely flat) and all the stuff inside (heating elements, water tank, light, rocks, etc). Must come to Downers Grove, IL for pickup. Expect to help disassemble the enclosure. Top and bottom are single pieces.
